Who We Are
Agape Horizon Homes is a faith-based independent community housing provider committed to offering safe, stable, and dignified living environments for seniors, veterans, and low-income individuals seeking supportive housing within a values-centered community.
Rooted in compassion, integrity, and service, our housing model is designed for individuals who are capable of independent living but benefit from a structured, community-oriented setting grounded in respect and personal responsibility.
We provide furnished room and board accommodations within a stable residential environment that promotes accountability, encouragement, and long-term housing security. While residents live independently, we help connect them with community resources, employment support services, veteran services, and social service agencies as needed.
Agape Horizon Homes partners with hospitals, social service agencies, discharge planners, veteran-support organizations, and housing assistance programs to assist individuals who are medically stable and appropriate for independent housing placement.
As a faith-based organization, we strive to cultivate a supportive environment that encourages hope, dignity, and personal growth. Participation in faith-centered activities is voluntary and open to residents of all backgrounds.
Agape Horizon Homes is not a medical facility and does not provide personal care, medication management, or assisted living services.
